Description

A nice addition to any modern kitchen, this fully automatic 10-cup coffee maker features 24-hour programmability–great for waking up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The unit offers a 1- to 4-cup setting for brewing a smaller amount without compromising flavor, and its brew-pause function allows for pouring a cup before the brew cycle has completed. The included 10-cup double-wall insulated thermal carafe comes with a generous stay-cool handle and a dripless pour spout for comfortable, drip-free serving. Providing added convenience, the coffeemaker automatically shuts off at the end of the brewing cycle, and its 60-second reset “remembers” where it was in the brewing process and settings. Accessories include a charcoal water filter, a gold-tone filter, and a user manual. This is my second 10 cup programmable thermal coffee maker. The first lasted 6 years, and still makes coffee, but the programmable part failed. I make a pot at least once per day. This is a great product. I hope you never stop making this. I will definitely purchase again in another 6 years, if needed. Highly recommend! Jan

The insulated carafe keeps the coffee warm at least 2 hours. Which is great because the coffee doesn’t set there and “burn”. Therefore, it tastes fresh to the last drop. More importantly, the maker makes great coffee!

I love it. It never overflows. It makes a perfect pot of coffee every time, and it’s at the right temperature; not too hot. There is a basket that will hold the paper filter, or the mesh screen filter. I like the option of using a mesh filter, or a #4 cone paper filter, which I prefer, because it makes cleaning easier. The carafe is awesome! It’s double-walled, with a door-like valve that opens when you tilt the carafe to pour out the coffee. It keeps the coffee hot all day. Amazing. Why even use a glass carafe anymore? I’ve never used the timer, though. I just load it with grounds when I’m ready to make a pot. It’s easy; just push the button, and it starts to brew. When it’s done, it beeps, and turns itself off. Lastly, I like the size. It’s not very tall at 14 inches, and 8 inches in width. I am very pleased with this coffeemaker. It’s the best I’ve ever owned.

I am very pleased with my Cuisinart DCC-1100 coffeemaker. I makes perfect coffee every time, it’s easy to clean and it fits nicely on my kitchen counter. I have always used Cusinart products and I have always found them to be of high-quality and last a long time. They are well worth the few extra dollars I spent on them. I would buy again and again.

This is my 3rd 10 cup programmable thermal coffee maker. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because the gold basket handles keep falling off. Very disappointing. Never happened in the past.

I specifically wanted a thermal carafe to keep coffee hot for awhile. It stays hot however it isn’t super hot when it brews. This is fine for me as I don’t want extremely hot coffee I like to be able to start sipping as soon as I pour.

I love this coffee maker. It’s our second one. Carafe keeps coffee warm for hours, even up to a day. The new carafe has a wider spout than our first one, which is a great improvement. It doesn’t spill when pouring! It’s easy to program to set up to go off in the morning.

Have had a Cuisinart 10 cup coffee maker for about 10 years and wanted the insulated thermal carafe. Although it is much better than cold coffee for sure, it could keep it hotter. Also in order to pour the last bit out you have to take the top off. But still all in all a great cup of coffee by a reliable maker.
