The included 10-cup double-wall insulated thermal carafe comes with a generous stay-cool handle and a dripless pour spout for comfortable, drip-free serving. Providing added convenience, the coffeemaker automatically shuts off at the end of the brewing cycle, and its 60-second reset “remembers” where it was in the brewing process and settings. Accessories include a charcoal water filter, a gold-tone filter, and a user manual. Makes incredibly great coffee;I am extremely particular when it comes to my coffee. This is my second Cuisinart coffeemaker. The first one still works, but started to take longer to brew. Didn’t want to take a chance one morning and find out that my coffeemaker died. YouR engineers have the water temperature and brew time with the grounds set perfectly. I absolutely love my Cuisinart don’t remember the coffeemaker brand I had to replace. All I remember is that it was no longer available. My husband said our daughter in law’s coffee always tastes great and she had a Cuisinart. Our other son and daughter in law has the exact same model we do. Feel free to use any comments I’ve made in your advertising and in return, promise me that you will not discontinue this model….thank you for a great coffeemaker….!!! Can’t answer your questions; my keyboard doesn’t come up.

I love this coffee maker. It’s our second one. Carafe keeps coffee warm for hours, even up to a day. The new carafe has a wider spout than our first one, which is a great improvement. It doesn’t spill when pouring! It’s easy to program to set up to go off in the morning.

I question the design of the carafe. Difficult to pour the last little bit of coffee. Internal lip blocks pouring. I also question the water fill area. Small and no way to see water level while pouring without stopping to look at the level on the side.
