I purchased a new Cuisinart coffee maker because my Cuisinart of 13 years finally started having issues with leaking. Before that, it had worked flawlessly and makes delicious coffee. That’s why I purchased the same exact model again! It has everything I need, is durable, and has striking design. What more could a coffee lover want?

This is at least my third similar cuisinart programable coffeemaker. It makes good coffee. The pots have dripped while pouring in previous models. So far that has not been an issue with the new one although the pot looks the same. On this one the stainless on the outside is difficult to clean so it never looks great. (My previous models were black which was better) Replaced the last one because the hotplate on the bottom totally corroded. Don’t know if this one will be better. One thing i miss in this model is that you can’t see the water level from the outside. I like to fill directly from the faucet since it pulls out and if you are making less than 10 cups at a time you can’t see the inside measurement.

I had one for over 15 years and just got this as a replacement because some things weren’t working quite as well after 15 years (but really I was excited to own one not given to me by my ex). This coffeemaker makes wonderful coffee, whether I’m making a 2-cup pot or a full 12-cup pot. It is dependable, reliable, and it works every time.

I have always loved the Cuisinart Brew Central, it makes great coffee and I have owned several over the past 25 years. However that said, the reason I left a 4 star instead of a 5 star, is I hate that there is not a water level viewing window on the outside of the coffee maker. I have a difficult time seeing the water “steps” while pouring in the water. Very aggravating having to stick my face into the well to check the water level alternating with pouring water.

Makes great coffee. Plastic is a little flimsy, coukd be stronger.

Nice machine. Only reason it’s a 4 instead of a 5 is the annoying alarm when coffee is done. Wakes up those who are still asleep.

One of the best coffee makers I have ever had. Gavalia was my last one and similar to cuisinart. Lasted 15 years. Only 1 slight problem with Cuisinart. The power cord is too short. My extension cord fixed the problem.

I love this coffee pot. It’s the third one we have bought over the years. If something would happen to this one I would buy another just like it. I really loved the red one.

Brew Central just replaced my many years old & less expensive Mr Coffee, so hope it proves to be as long lasting. It appears to be good quality, which I would expect from Cuisinart & looks great on the counter top. Most importantly, it makes a great tasting cup of coffee, using the basket & 1 charcoal filter provided. Not sure why the replacement charcoal filters are quite so costly for what they are, but will continue to purchase. I thought I wouldn’t like that the lid has to be removed instead of just flipped to fill the carafe, but the trade off is that water doesn’t spill all over when pouring to fill to brew, so that’s a good thing! It has all of the features one might want being programmable, & a heat adjustment for the carafe temp as well. This unit had good reviews, & so far I would echo the same!

I am happy with my Cuisinart coffeemaker. It makes great coffee. I love that it does not require the paper filters. It is easy to program and I love the 1-4 cup option. I use this setting often when I’m making coffee just for myself and the coffee is hot and tastes good. I also like that you can choose how long you want to keep the coffee hot – up to 4 hours. But there are a couple of design flaws that I find unhandy. One is the clock. It is not readable. I have to bend down level with it to see the time. It is too small to read. The other feature I don’t like is there is no window to see how much water you are pouring in. I usually use bottled water for coffee and instead of pouring it directly into the coffeemaker, I have to pour into the carafe and then into the coffeemaker. The lid to the carafe has to be completely removed to pour water into it. At first the lid was so tight I had to pry it off with a spoon but it loosened up after a couple of uses. Overall it is a good coffeemaker.
