I’m replacing a coffee maker that would make either a pot or a cup. I make a pot of coffee in the morning and when I get home from work; it’s still hot! The coffee is delicious! And I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about turning it off. It’s extremely easy to program also. It’s extremely attractive with the stainless carafe. This coffee maker is perfect except the clock is difficult to see; very small and dark. I would love for it to be easily visible; lit up and larger. But for the features I really need, this coffee maker is perfect.

I had an old Grind and Brew I replaced with this machine. I am pleased with the quickness of its brewing and the ability to set it to brew so you’ll have fresh coffee when you get up. I have had an issue with the pot leaking around the rim if I pour coffee right after it’s finished brewing. But it doesn’t happen all the time. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

This recent purchase is a bit updated from my former version of this model. I am a fan of Cuisinart products because of their quality. The only negative thing about this model is the lid on the thermos. It seems to leak if you pour the coffee too fast. Yes, I have it screwed on properly so it’s not me.

The water level gauge cannot be seen on the outside of the coffeemaker. It is inside the coffeemaker. I have to use a flashlight and stand on tiptoe to see the water level. I find it very inconvenient and wish I had noticed it before I purchased this product.

I have owned a number of Cuisinart thermal coffee makers. The last one was a 12 cup and brewed a much hotter pot of coffee. I looked for this coffee maker but apparently Cuisinart doesn’t make it anymore so thought I would try this one. I am a little disappointed with the coffee temp. However, it brews a pot of coffee quickly.

When we were remodeling we bought this coffeemaker to replace an older model Cuisinart. It looks great and has great features. It is much easier to fill with water than our old model and the carafe has a wider mouth and is much easier to clean. I don’t think that it really brews quicker than our old maker. Also the coffee is sometimes not quite as hot as I would like. But the carafe helps keep it it warm for a while. We’ve always used it on the stronger setting and the flavor is fine.

This was bought to replace an “identical” item we had for several years, but developed an internal leak. Main features we really like are the insulated carafe, so we can take it out to the porch where we eat breakfast, and the coffee stays hot for a long time. We also like the automatic turn-off feature and the automatic pouring (the exit opens automatically when the pot is tilted for pouring). Evidently the product is improved since it is now very easy to removed the lid, and the clock stays on even if there is a short power failure. Does what we want.
