I had this one’s predecessor for eight years before it stopped working and was very happy with it so didn’t even look at other brands. I love this in nearly every way, and especially appreciate the addition of the bold feature. It’s minor but my one criticism is that the brew, program and auto features are on a switch that must be moved three spaces each time to switch from my morning programed coffee to my afternoon coffee. I’m a bit concerned about it wearing out but time will tell. All in all a great product!

Brews quickly and makes great coffee. East to fill water reservoir and easy to auto program. Takes minimal counter space. One of the brew buttons always stays lit- a bit annoying.

I like the brewer except the hole you pour the water into is too small and on the wrong side for a right handed person. I spill water every time. The easy pour top is great… no twisting the cap or pushing a lever.

We like this coffee maker because it serves as a thermal carafe and keeps the coffee hot . When you pour aintona cup there is a problem with drips being left on the counter. We have the 12 cup at another location and there is no pouring issue with that one. Might just be a flaw on the 10 cup.

I purchased this about two months ago. This is my second Cuisinart coffee maker. My first one lasted 8 years. I have high hopes for this one. Once your coffee is done brewing, the machine shuts off. No more burnt coffee. The thermo pot keeps the coffee plentiful and hot. Cuisinart seems take care of this.

The only reason I didn’t give this appliance 5 stars is because the unit doesn’t stay on to keep the coffee warmer. Yes, it is a thermal pot, but it would be better if the coffee could stay hot. Tip: Pour a couple of cups of hot water in the pot, roll the hot water around to warm the thermos.
