I love my coffee and this coffeemaker makes excellent coffee. I like it because I can do my own blends and it keeps the coffee hot. My first OnDemand was superior in every way–it didn’t leak, it kept the coffee hot, etc. but it broke after 2 yrs. Cuisinart sent a replacement. The gauge doesn’t work well on this one but it makes a really good cup of coffee and keeps it hot.

Love not having to dribble all over the counter from a poorly designed carafe.The coffee stays hot longer than with most coffeemakers.It would get 5 stars, but for the smaller than usual coffee basket. We often find grounds that have escaped over the top of the filter when we brew a full 12 cups, which is every morning.

I love this coffee machine. I took one star off because it’s too low to put my travel cup Under without lifting and tilting it. It’s really easy to program, wash and i love love love that there is no carafe to clean. Keeps the coffee hot and while i am not a coffee snob, i feel like it makes a good cup. Can’t speak for it’s longevity but i hope it lasts me for a few years

I like the new design with water reservoir on the outside of the unit. Also like the light on the dispenser to see how full the cup is getting. I wish there was a way to keep the coffee hot longer to bypass the automatic shutoff for the warmer.

Great coffee maker. Coffee tastes hot and good for a long time. One cup service is very convenient if you’re drinking in regular sized coffee mugs. If you’re trying to fill up a to-go cup, you have to get a mug and pour it in as the tall cups will not fit.

This coffee maker corrects everything wrong with the Hamilton Beach coffee maker. It works great as advertised. Easy to operate. Pours great with a light to see what your doing. Its gage showing the coffee level is clear easy to read. Of course it has all the usual features; auto start, 1 – 4 hrs auto off, clock well lit easy to see, comes with reusable basket, easy to fill water reservoir, clear easy to read water line and much more.I truly love this machine.

I love my Cuisinart coffee machine. This is my second one in this model. The first lasted about 10 years. This one has a few flaws, but they don’t affect the great coffee I get. The first is the length of the power cord. Six inches is hardly enough to reach a plug directly in the wall behind the pot. The other is the stream comes out very weak and crooked. Putting a cup directly under the spout is no guarantee it will hit the cup the first time. This is why I’m only giving it a four star rating. It’s great coffee I’m after, and it’s great coffee I get.
