It is an attractive easy to use coffee maker. The gold filter makes for easy cleaning, the water filler is in a very easy to fill position. It seems louder than others when working and seems slow. Being able to select 1-4 cups is a great feature.

This Coffee Pot is easy to use, sets up nice, with a 14 cup pitcher, I really like that, and to be able to set them temp, since I use creamer, the hot is a nice feature. The filter for the water is a nice touch to, yes I would recommend this product.

Brews a nice coffee, timer works great, keeps the carafe hot till the timer shuts it off. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to a long life with it!

Nice coffee maker. I personally did not like the basket for the coffee. Once I bought some filters I was very happy. Seems like the basket doesn’t keep all the grounds from going into the coffee. Still learning some functions. Keeping the coffee warm for very long seems to make it taste Old? I have lowered the temp down to one so hopefully this will help.

Perfect cup of coffee every time. I appreciate the feature to allow me to do one to four cups. Often times only one person in my household wants coffee and it makes it super nice. I also appreciate the fact that my coffee doesn’t have grounds in it and is the perfect temperature.

The warmer shuts off after 3 hours and nothing in the instruction book explains how to keep it on longer, so I just hit the brew button again. There should be an option to keep it on. Also, using the metal filter leaves sludge at the bottom of the pot, so I put a paper filter in the metal mesh one. The problem is, the mesh filter isn’t big enough and sometimes grounds overflow. I wouldn’t buy this coffee pot again. I thought it would be good quality because of the brand. I am disappointed.
