I would have given 5 stars except it is difficult to get every last drop out of the carafe. It makes nice hot coffee. I like the 1-4 cup button.

I always loved cusinart coffee makers but this one has 1 big flaw, is that the thermal canister does not keep the coffee hot. Their 1st thermal canister with the older machine kept my coffee hot for 24 hrs but this one doesnt. Also the lid the on top feels like it could snap real quick.

I had a leaking problem with my coffee maker, they replaced it with no problems.

Love this coffee maker. Keeps coffee hot!! My only wish is that there were a red floating ball to mark water fill line. My old Gevalia coffeemaker had one & was easy to see # of cups fill line.Old person like me has to grab glasses, turn on lights & squint. Shucks

The coffee thermos keeps the coffee hot but impossible to pour without dripping coffee out around the edge. Very poorly designed.

Great size, the coffee brews well, to a good temperature and the carafe keeps the coffee wonderfully hot. We are very satisfied.

Makes fast great coffee. Large 12 cup insulated carafe is great. Keeps it hot for hours without a heating element scorching the taste.

Loved my first one but after years of service it started to leak. This new one is good except that it doesn’t have a good pour…. it splatters when pouring.

We have had our Cuisinart coffee maker for about a month. It makes great coffee and we really enjoy the thermal pot as it keeps our coffee hot without the overheating and ‘burnt” taste you get with the continual warmer that are used for many coffeemakers. I would recommend this model/style.

1) It makes a delicious pot of coffee. we use a Cuisinart coffee grinder set to 14 cups to make it stronger and set the maker on “bold’.2) The design of the coffee pot makes it a little harder to pour water into the maker using the pot. It will work if you pour slowly and do a small spin up and back with the pot to get the last of the water in the tank. (Be sure to watch the overflow line as excess water will spill out the back.) Or if you have a sprayer attachment at the kitchen sink with a solid flow setting (as oppose to spray setting) and the pot can be used next to sink and just fill the maker to the 12 cup line.(We’ve had this model and two other types of Cuisinart coffee makers with thermal coffee pots before.)

The pot is very well insulated, but, it’s heavy and you have to turn almost upside down to get the last 2-3cups out.

The coffee will never be any hotter than when it is brewed into the pot. That said, it works well enough, but I do reheat in the microwave.

My coffee journey has evolved over the years, progressing from simple enjoyment of coffee to being very demanding of every aspect of the process. Now I get my own blend of fresh roasted beans from a local roaster, grind them myself, fuss with exactly the right amount of beans per cup and so on. The last part of the process is the device that actually brews the result, and over Christmas my wife gifted me the Cuisinart DCC 3200P1 that this review is about. I love this machine. The coffee is observably tastier and the thermal carafe keeps it that way for an hour or two. The built in replaceable water filter probably has something to do with this result, but the whole machine is full of thoughtful little touches like this. Not the least of these is the shiny stainless steel that it is enclosed in. It gleams, and is almost a work of art sitting on our kitchen counter. Easy to clean, easy to use, loaded with great features, excellent coffee… what is not to like about this machine? Highly recommended.

I love the way the coffee pot has a insulated carafe. What I do not like or the bright blue lights when I program for the next day. Almost like a night light. He’s very bright.

This definitely makes great coffee and keeps it hot. Replacing the water filter as directed is a wonderful feature! Really makes a difference. It’s awkward to pour from and to clean. I researched all at this price point -I am happy with my choice!

Makes great coffee. The thermal pot needs a redesign to make it easier to pour. The angle is awkward and that makes it difficult to pour water into the reservoir with out spilling

Makes a good cup of coffee but the carafe is terribly designed. There is a lip inside that makes you almost completely invert the carafe to get anything out. Also makes cleaning it a headache.
