We love this coffee maker so much we just ordered a backup carafe in case we ever break this one! We love it THAT much!

I received this coffee pot for Christmas. Have always had cuisinart coffee makers, but this is by far my favorite. The glass carafe is beautiful and easy to handle. Three temperature choices, looks awesome on the counter. And, best of all makes a great cup of coffee. The only issue is I’m not sure they make replacement carafes if the original one should break.

I’ve been using this for a month now, its been excellent! Cool design, coffee brew temperature is very hot…hard to find this in a coffee maker at this price range. I also am impressed with the plate warmer temperatures, it keeps the full carafe hot at the low setting. Easy to clean. So far it seems very scratch resistant. most of all the coffee tastes really good.

Decent coffee maker, but has some serious flaws for an appliance that’s used daily and goes through wear.Pros:- Large shower head for even distribution of water through grounds.- Low side profile for fitting on the counter- Best glass carafe in the market- program featureCons:- button labels come off almost immediately, do not wipe or clean unless you’re willing to lose them eventually.- plastic everything besides the carafe. has a cheap feel to it.- no drip feature doesn’t work, surrounding area of the basket becomes filled with water.- Basket has to be set in place every time, doesn’t stay put for shower head to close properly
