Why a 5 star rating? I’m impressed with how they stand by their product! I just received a replacement coffee maker because the markings on the buttons wore off. I told them I was just looking for decals to place over the buttons and their response was a new replacement coffee maker was in order.BTW: It makes great coffee!

We bought this for a Christmas gift for the both of us. Only one fault is the coffee basket holder will not stay latched down. It seams to work ok but opens the lid and I worry that the brew stop feature my cause a overflow

I’m very happy with my new Cuisinart coffee maker. It is easy to fill to the levels I want and it keeps the coffee quite warm until I turn it off. The clear glass carafe is very easy to clean and be able to see that it is clean. It has a very nice clean look to it.

The unique feature on this coffeemaker is the warming plate temp settings. Some plates are too hot, quickly changing the coffee flavor. I’ve enjoyed the easy to clean glass pot and cone-shaped grounds holder. Having a charcoal filter in the water reservoir is also an upgraded feature!

Great coffee maker. Unlike my last cuisinart coffee maker, I love the fact that I can easily see the water level when filling and that the clock lights up. It makes a great cup of coffee and I love the look of it. My only complaint would be that the letters on the buttons are fading off. Other than that, I love it!

We love this coffee pot. The water gets hotter than in our former pots, which improves the result. You can watch it boil and go up into the section with the coffee which is entertaining 🙂 The cup measures are very accurate. It’s not complicated with too many computerized choices that could go wrong (which also makes it more affordable). Because there is so much glass, it’s easy to see how it’s working and to clean the whole machine. It’s our favorite coffee pot in fifty years of making coffee! We hope it will last a while – only had it for a month.

If you like your coffee hot, this is the one for you. The Medium heat setting makes it piping hot even after cold cream is added. Other reviews note that the wording rubs off the buttons, but I haven’t seen that. I have had it about a month. Replacement pots are now available through Cuisinart too. It’s easy to clean and looks beautiful on the counter. I recommend!

Coffee tastes great!! Only complaint is that it gets cold too fast…wish the warmer stayed on for an hour or so after brewing. I have to microwave my coffee heat up but not a big deal.

Works well and makes great coffee. It’s a fun machine to watch in action. The minor trouble I had related to how the carafe sits and how its lid must be positioned. If both are a little off, the coffee splatters a little. This model is an upgrade from an older Cuisinart coffee maker I owned.
