To make sure you snap shut the top of the coffee maker before you brew . I didn’t know since there was no manual with the coffee maker . I had to learn the hard way with coffee all over counter. I went online and watched a video and saw them snap shut the top ! I felt like an idiot but it wasn’t obvious to me ! The thing is it worked all but two times without me snapping it shut!

It is really more like 2 & 1/2 cups if you drink from a mug but I expected that. It is tricky getting the pot onto the warmer. It does not slide smoothly. The lid is not attached and it tends to spill when poured unless you go very slowly. These are not complaints – just things to be prepared for. The filter was not included which was a disappointment. it brews good coffee. Takes awhile to adjust to the above mechanical issues. Now that I have adjusted to those I am very happy with it. i have received the filter yet as it was out of stock. The Home Depot web site should allow us to order it when we orderthe pot. And, make it clear that it is not included

Purchased for RV travel; great compact size for two people in need of a morning caffeine fix, although a 2nd pot is brewing soon enough.We’ve had our home 12 cup Cuisinart for well over a decade with no problems, so brand purchase was a no-brainer.

Great little coffee maker. Quick and easy to set up. The only feature that I’m not fond of is that it turns off after only 30 minutes. For me, an hour would be better. All in all though, a very nice coffee maker.

Display easy to read. My carafe is glass, not stainless steel as the category title suggests ( maybe I clicked the wrong product when registering). Like the carafe temperature setting feature. This coffee maker seems slow to me but the coffee is good. Dislike the carafe lid that does not have an opening mechanism that you can operate with just your thumb– have to remove the lid completely to fill or wash and then be sure to properly seat it before brewing.
