Works very well and am happy with the quality of the coffee produced. I wish there were more instructions on how to obtain the carbon filter pack that must be changed every so often. Otherwise, we are quite happy with it.

Very easy to set up and use. I would recommend this product.

Absolutely love this coffee maker i also purchased the touchscreen grinder and let me tell you best cup of joe on the planet.

I’ve tried several brands of coffee pots and came back to this one. It’s 14 cups and makes a great pot of coffee. Good value.

I like the looks of the coffee maker and it was easy to use. HOWEVER… It only lasted a few months. This morning, I got the maker ready to go, and immediately, the water came running out of the bottom. A costly mistake when I bought this coffee maker.

Coming from a super fast brewing Bunn, this takes much longer to brew but the quality and flavor is worth it. I agree with other reviewers, it’s awkward to pour the water into the tank – unless you are left handed for some reason.

This is our second Cuisinart coffee maker; the first had the built in grinder. We went ahead and paid a little more for the Cuisinart Touchscreen 14-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker and, after several months of daily use, we are delighted with the quality of coffee this maker brews. We love that the coffee is much hotter than our last Cuisinart. I do wish it came with the stainless carafe as our last one did, but honestly that is not a big deal. The burner keeps the coffee nice and hot. Highly recommended!

This Cuisinart makes consistently delicious coffee. The permanent filter is easy to clean, and 14 cups keeps the coffee flowing for lazy weekend mornings. Truly, a great machine and worth every penny!

I really like the look of this coffee pot. I love the touchscreen aspect (which is why I purchased it), and it is super straight forward to use. It brews good tasting coffee as well! My only complaint would be that the handle popped off the first time I tried to use it. The metal ring around the bottom held the handle on, but the top portion popped right off. Not sure if I happened to get a faulty pot, or if this is a reoccurring issue for others.

My Black & Decker was ready to retire, so I researched Consumer Reports reviews. This model was rated #1 in its class. It’s decanter is bigger than I need, but the touch screen features & clean lines sold me. I had a Cuisinart before B&D and it it continued to perform well until warming plate failed. It was easy to setup & after two months of use, I’m very happy with results. I like that you can turn off “ready tone” & set warming plate from 1-4 hours. I find it works best without using paper filter in gold filter.Note: There was a slight “plastic” taste on the first few brews.

This is my third Cuisinart coffee maker and I don’t see significant improvement. It works fine and makes suitable coffee, but the drip process finished signal does not work, and the selective hour power turn-off is hit and miss – sometimes seems to engage and other times not. These are not deal-breakers for me, but they do seem problematic in the quality column for a not inexpensive device. If not for the hassle of returning it, I might try another similarly priced brand.

Not a great design, difficult to empty water completely from carafe into machine.
Aliza Ziemann (verified owner) –
Hard to pour water in the basin because it only opens at 90 degrees and gets in the way when trying to pour from carafe. Everything else is great, easy, and aesthetic

We were looking for a coffeemaker that would make excellent coffee for two of us most days but also be just as consistent for a crowd when family members in our COVID bubble come. This is it. I was so happy to find it and hoped it would live up to the great reviews I’d read online. It certainly has. The 1-4 cup feature is wonderful, as is the Bold option. Great product.

This product is perfect! So easy to use, attractive, dependable, priced-right too. I recommend this coffeemaker when you are looking for the best coffeemaker out there.

I’m very happy with my new Cuisinart coffee maker. I have used Mr. Coffee coffee makers for years and decided to try the Cuisinart. It’s a very nice machine and makes a great cup of coffee!

I purchased this coffee maker primarily for its sleek design. That said, this is my fifth 14-cup Cuisinart coffee maker during the past 20-25 years. While the Cuisinart brand historically gets top ratings from Consumer Reports, my experience has been that the coffee makers have quality control issues, e.g. the coating on the hot plate tends to peel off after a period of time. I’ve come to resign myself to this being a disposable product.

Excellent coffee maker. Brews a hot cup of coffee and keeps it hot.

I have owned many cuisinart products including numerous coffee makers. The water storage container is very awkward. The pot doesn’t empty completely and its difficult to tell how much is in the unit.

Love the touch screen option. It is simple to use. I gave it 4 stars because I really didn’t taste an enhancement with the coffee on this machine, even with the bold brew option. The coffee tastes better in my old Cusinart coffee maker.
