My review is skewed by me to reflect initial issues with the coffeemaker. My first unit leaked when filled. I reordered a second unit which also leaked when filled. I reordered a third unit that did not leak. The only issue I now have is that the coffee grounds overflow into the coffee if I add more than 2 scoops of grounds. Our scoop holds about 1/4 cup. So I either have to make less coffee which defeats the 14 capacity usage or make weaker coffee, which defeats my perceived caffeine requirements.

Great coffee maker and easy to use. The only issue I have is that pouring the water into the reservoir is awkward because the lid gets in the way. Would have been five stars except for that.

This coffee maker is extremely ‘user friendly’. The digital panel is very easy to read. The instructions are easy to follow. It has extra selections like Bold and Auto Start. It also gives 3 heat settings, and 3 auto off times.

Have had the past few versions of this machine and each has been better than the last. The touchscreen panel is a nice upgrade from the buttons, and it’s actually easier to use. Brews a great pot and allows for some customization for taste (boldness, temperature, etc.) Best of all, like all Cuisinart coffee makers I’ve had, it’s just a workhorse. Great machine and great value.

Coffeemaker is attractive, but has several design/functional features that should be improved, mostly involving the carafe. The lid does not easily fit back on the carafe after removal for filing or cleaning, the carafe does not slide back on the warmer after serving a cup (it seems to hang up on the filter basket, and the top of the coffeemaker should open a tad farther to make filling with cold water easier.
