The coffee pot makes excellent coffee; however, 14 cups in the pot is quite heavy. I have arthritis in my wrists and hands and need both hands to support the carafe when I pour From it. My husband loves it. The pot is also sloppy to fill. Being short, I need to stand on a stool to fill it, it’s quite tall.

No leaks! Coffee is hot and you can control the temperature and it’s a larger capacity,14 cups great for company! The coffee maker itself is actually nice looking. Very happy

Even using filtered water, ground coffee and paper filters, the coffee is murky yet tastes good. The gold filter is a joke and now has a permanent home in the back of the cupboard. The large capacity 14-cup pot is great to have since we enjoy iced coffee too.

This coffeemaker is an updated one to my older device. It has one major omission. The lid does not tip back much past vertical, so that pouring the last ounce of water into the reservoir is very difficult. I don’t quite get the engineering that allowed that problem to occur.

Excellent design. This unit has all of the features you need. Multiple carafe temps, cleaning indicator, etc. so take a look at the specs. The only reservation I had was the life span of the display so we’ll see what happens down the road but for now very satisfied.
