I am getting this product a 5 star review because of your good customer service! My newly purchased one got a crack after 2 days from purchasing it. I only grind some chicken thighs in it. Called the customer service and they send me a new one. Hopefully it doesn’t crack on me again.

Cuisinart replaced work bowl since I could not get old one off and on. The plunger part of safety mechanism did not work. New one works better but is still difficult to put on and remove. Perhaps there is a need to change design of this part of work bowl on DCFP14. Thanks for the replacement though.
