In general, the unit serves its purpose. Here are some highlights:GOOD:- Grinding the coffee at the time of the alarm makes it that much fresher.- Menus are easy to use and make sense.OTHER:- The fit of some of the parts such as the coffee holder and top unit seems a bit kludgy. Sometimes it’s hard to close it and I’m afraid it will fall off.- After brewing, the top part has a lot of condensation so to avoid mold, I usually have to remove the 2 parts within that, then dry it out.All in all, it serves its purpose.

Just as easy to make with whole beans as it is to make with ground coffee. Whole bean capacity maxes out at about 8 cups. So larger whole bean capability would be my only area that could be improved
