This is the third one we’ve purchased in the last 17 years (we’ve had to buy a new one about every 8-9 years; that’s reflects well on it’s quality!). But what’s made the biggest impression on us is how they’ve improved each time. Little things. For example: with the first carafe we had to monitor how we poured because if we poured to fast it would spill, this was corrected with our second carafe. The second carafe was very tight and required a lot of effort to open when the carafe was empty; this was corrected by the third carafe. Now it opens with no problem! We’re impressed with its continuous improvement with each new purchase. And to state the obvious: we’re enjoying the coffee!

This is the third machine I’ve bought of this model in about 25 years. The first one lasted forever, the second one was defective and returned for another promptly and with no questions asked. I expect I will love this machine as much as the first. Simple to use, easy to clean and makes fantastic coffee. I love you put that little bubble in the water level indicator, great improvement.

Good Brewer…Enjoy the built in grinder and the gold filter just would actually prefer to have a glass carafe instead of the stainless thermal, more of a metal taste to the coffee. The preparation and clean up a little more extensive than previous similar machines. Can get a little messy with the grinds. Also the stainless decanter has a hard tilt that you cannot get all the coffee out of it I need to takeoff the lid to get all the coffee out of the pot.

This is our third Cuisinart coffeemaker over 25 years. We do not use the grinder function, but love the substantial heft of the pot and machine. The design of this one is improved for getting ground coffee into the basket. And as always, the pot is perfect for keeping brewed coffee warm over a leisurely morning breakfast/brunch. Retired now, but back in working days, the timer/starter always had coffee brewed and ready when we got up.

The coffee pouch where coffee is placed is pretty small. Bean area is pretty small. Don’t know if one can actually make 12 cups. Great machine. Enjoy fresh ground coffee each morning.

This is my second Grind & Brew, which I purchased to replace the same model after 8 years of daily use. Coffee is hot and tastes great. Works very efficiently and is easy to clean. The only thing I don’t like as much as my previous one is the brushed chrome finish, which requires polishing with a towel to keep it from looking splotchy. Even so, I highly recommend this coffeemaker.
