I bought this to replace my old Cuisinart 11-cup. I loved that one and this new one is just as wonderful.

After 40 years with my first Cuisinart, I dreaded having to purchase a new one when the old one finally died. After much research, I purchased the Pro Custom and used it yesterday – it did the job to perfection! I sliced and shredded zucchini and found the shredder blade easy to assemble and attach, I chopped the nuts with a different attachment, made the batter and ended up with a great bread! This Cuisinart will be used regularly in my kitchen – Thanks!

I had to replace my wedding present cuisinart from 37 years ago because the main blade’s ‘female’ center broke away. I am having issues learning the different orientation to this new model as its top sits/rotates differently from how I would instinctively work it. Also, I had trouble with the blade rising out of postition when trying to pulverize almonds !! Repeatedly, the blade would shimmy up and off of the center post. And in making hummus, I have to move the blended ingredients from the cuisinart into the Vitamix to get the smooth texture I seek.

Replaced an older Cuisinart model – est 35 yrs old – with this one. So far I like it and the features are similar but better than my previous model

Love my Cuisinart, makes all my food prep easy as 123. Best Christmas gift, can’t wait to make cookies next year. Surprised how well it makes dough. Best of all it takes up so little counter space.

Since there are a number of “parts” it is important to read all the instructions to benefit 100% of the capabilities of this product. It does the job quite well.

I purchased this on the recommendation of “Cooks” magazines product review. Although the review was for the 14 cup capacity, I assumed the 11 cup would work equally well. So far, it has been a bit of a disappointment. I do not feel as though the motor is as strong as my old Cuisinart and the construction and parts seem flimsier. All in all it has been a disappointment and I wish I had waited until I was able to get a Braun food processor.

I bought this as my wife and I started the whole 30 and I would be using it for all kinds of food and preparation . I used this machine 2-3 times a week for a month, nothing is broken or failing, I am hand washing the parts though, I want to make sure it last for a long while. I was apprehensive to buy such a big unit but i’m very happy I did. I would make this purchase again.

Our very old DLC-8F had outlived a few generations of bowls so we decided to acquire a new food processor even though our processor motor was still strong. Since the “heart” continued to beat we decided to stick with a known winner. Our new Pro Custom 11™ exhibits the same motor quality (and weight), ease of changing bowls and blades, and safety features. In addition, the new to us of the Flat Cover is a wonderful improvement. This product will likely out live us.

I used Christmas money to purchase this Food Processor and I just love it. 28 years ago I was given a Cuisinart processor that I used frequently and because of the hard use the bowl was cracked and duct taped for many years. I love the new design changes with the detached spindle for the different blades. It makes for much easier storage. The new tops are an asset for the mixing and blending purposes. Love, Love, Love it!!!!

I’ve had a DLC-10 for about 30 years, and have been replacing parts on it as they broke. I finally broke down and decided enough is enough and purchased a brand new processor. Decision was made easy by style and price and wanted something that was about a 10 cup. I LOVE this new one and have only one complaint, what is the reason that the top goes on “backwards” now?? Seems counterintuitive. If you are using the pusher you have to either turn the whole machine around, or you are reacing over to use it. I am SHORT and that makes it even harder to use the pusher since it is on the counter and I have to stand on tip toes or step stool to reach. Also the backwards top is too close to my upper cabinets so have to pull all the way to the edge of the counter. Other than that I love the power and efficiency, just hate the new (and IMO dumb) design.

This cuisinart is a wonderful machine, and I hope it lasts as long as my previous Cuisineart. It is the best food processor ever!

Convenient gadget. It’s not just a gadget. Cleaned out the kitchen of all the gadgets because this little gem does it all. It takes longer to set it up (one minute) than to actually do the slicing/shredding etc. It is amazingly fast and so is the cleanup. I love this new machine!

Too soon to tell the reliability of this model. Last food processor was cheaper cruisinart 60 bucks, lasted 8 months with very little use and then just stopped working. Returned it to Home Depot. Purchased this larger model at three times the cost and purchased the 2 year extended warranty.

This is an excellent piece of equipment. It is reasonably priced and works as it should. The wouldn’t use it as a workhorse, it’s not built for that. General use for a family makes it an excellent investment.

This is a wonderful and versatile machine. It is well designed and the motor is strong. I replaced the same model with this new one because some of the removable plastic parts were starting to break. I had the original machine for 20+ years and used it a great amount. The only negative I have for this unit is that you have to be very careful that you don’t overfill the container or your because the liquid will spill out onto the base.
