Bought this set of stainless cookware to replace my Calphalon anodized set. This cookware is absolutely beautiful. Clean up is relatively easy. Stainless steel cookware is a little more maintenance than the nonstick but so worth it. My only disappointment with this cookware is that the handles get very hot. Other than that I definitely recommend this set.

Very nice easy to clean and I was skeptical. Advise to read all instruction on care it helps a lot. Fairly heavy probably not a good choice for those who have weakness in upper arms and wrists. Both of us really believe our food even taste better too !!

Very easy to clean. Just put water in the pan to soak of anything left after cooking and the pans clean up quickly. No scraping. Cooks evenly on a lower heat!

I purchased this set because I installed an induction cooktop recently which requires magnetic cookware. This is funny to say about cookware but this set is quite beautifully impressive. I have no doubt this cookware set will be handed down to the next generation. I believe it is as solidly constructed as any set I’ve ever used. I did buy the barkeeper cleaner to use when cleaning up and actually prefer to use rather than put in the dishwasher. On the flip side It’s a bit heavy but that should be expected but so far has not been any bother to me. If you decide to purchase this set I believe it will meet with your expectations as it has mine. Happy cooking!!

After having used Calphalon for decades, we made the switch to this set.As others have noted, there is a bit of a learning curve, with lowered temps at the heart. But the are some wonderful pans to cool with, and they clean right up, with any discoloring being easily removed with Bartender’s Friend. The cool-touch handles rock too.We love these.

I have been looking for a good set of clad stainless cookware to replace my 18 year old set of nonstick anodized aluminum (not so nonstick anymore). I was attracted to the Cuisinart Multi-clad based on good reviews, but chose to spend a bit more for the French Classic Tri-ply based on design and European construction. I have been extremely pleased with this cookware. I’ve been using them for 5 months now and find them easy to use and clean, and with a little preparation and butter, have never had problems with sticking. These pans heat up very quickly and produce excellent results. I only wish the set included a 12″ skillet for larger recipes.
