i love this. I wasnt sure as there were some bad reviews out there but they turned ou to be old, it was the gasket problem and cuisnart fixed that but unfortunately others out there dont know that.. This has everything I would want, I love the two bowl sizes and I love the way the top comes off and goes on, and the gasket making it leak proof. I love the watts and its hard to say anything bad about it. Its taken everything Ive thrown at it easily and very quietly which is very imnportant to me.. The only concern if there were any and its not a deal breaker, is the smaller pusher can be a little hard to clean if you dont have a dish washer which I don’t but it no way is taken anything away from it. I hope it last forever. Its built like it will! thank you cuisinart.

I am very pleased with my new food processor. It is SOOO quiet! I love that it works so fast and doesn’t make a terrible racket. I cannot be happier with the way it grates and slices cheese, nor that it takes just seconds to chop onions or carrots. I have made perfect hash browns as well. Very powerful motor. Great to be able to use either 12-cup or 4-cup bowls. Design does make it hard to clean inside the lid though. Be prepared to remove the lid gasket every time for cleaning.

Does the job. I like the rubber seal. Keeps things in. Easy to clean. I use it for cole slaw, cole slaw dressing, hummus, smoothies, and falafel. You have to learn to press the blade down to seat it properly on the spindle. That’s a good feature, however. When you pour it doesn’t fall out.

After 30+ years of use, my old Cuisinart gave up the ghost. The only drawback it had was if you placed too much liquid in the machine it leaked. Not so with the Elicit Collection 12 cup Cuisinart! This is a great machine and I really like the ability to adjust the slicer as well as the large or small compartment adjustment. I would highly recommend this product. It’s worth every dime!

This is the first time I have used a food processor and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked for chopping a bowl full of vegetables. The unit was fairly quiet; I’m used to a blender that is much louder. I can’t wait to use it again. I also like this model because it has a 4 cup bowl besides the 12 cup bowl.

I’ve used this quite a bit mixing heavy batters, chopping nuts and slicing. It is different from my old DC L10 in that it has more places for food to get trapped in cleaning however, I am so pleased with it’s capabilities and the fact that the blade doesn’t fall out and leak.

The food processor can work with just about anything. The slicer is especially useful for thinner slicing. The smaller Work bowl is great for smaller jobs. You can chop up about anything efficiently in seconds. It also makes great sauces. I love this cuisinart and I use it every week.
