I like my new food processor. It took me several weeks to decide which food processor to buy but, since I had already owned a Cuisinart, I decided to go with them again. This elemental 13 cup processor is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It does take up a little bit of room on the counter but it’s worth it to me. I love the tool box. It is so nice to be able to wash the accessories and put them right back where they belong. The locking or safety system is a little confusing at first but I have figured it out. The machine feels sturdy and has worked perfectly. It actually chops and grated in no time. I love it and would buy it again.

I have just received this and only used it a few times, but I like it and it seems to work well. The hardest part was learning how to put it together. If you don’t get the small mixing bowl in just right, you cannot close/lock the processor. I would have benefited in more detailed instructions on how to assemble the different bowls, slicers & dicers. Instead, I had to get a little frustrated by trial and error. That said, I am looking forward to trying more things with my Cuisinart 13 cup food processor.

This machine makes life in the kitchen so much easier. It can process the items in a short time and truly cuts down on prep time. Once you have this machine, you’ll wonder how you did without it, because you’ll use this more than your think.

Excellent product. Well worth the money. All the attachments are first class. Made some good recipes using this machine.

So far, I love it. It’s much more complicated than my old one. Once I get use to it, I’m sure I’ll raise the rating.

Basically I like this food processor. I have not used it enough to give a detailed review, but here’s what I have noticed. When shredding, the food gets caught in the rim of the bowl. When dicing, the last of the food gets caught in the blades. I could not figure out that the pusher ( metal part) must be in place for the processor to work when shredding.

Great macine! Replaced my 16 yr old cuisinart food processor.

The best thing is that these machines are much lighter in weight than the older ones. I got the dicer option and do not like it. A lot of material sticks in the dicer and requires too much time to get out even with the tool provided. And these machines have such bulky pieces and attachments. They take a lot of room. You can’t do without one if you bake and cook in large quantities and this one is well made, Cuisinart is excellent brand but I would love to see some innovation in design.

Love this machine. Def helps make prep work easier. I hope that they start making varying sizes for the dicer soon

A great product! This food processor has so many features, I thought it would be difficult to use. But it is actually quite simple. I love that it has the small and large containers for small or large jobs, and three sizes of tubes that you feed the food through. Just used the dicer, which is a nice feature. As the instructions indicate, it does jam up after a bit so you have to pull pieces out of the knife area regularly. But if you are doing a big job, it is so much quicker than cutting by hand. Well made and sturdy machine.

It is a work horse. Scary sharp blades. It is much lighter than my last one so I’m not sure that the motor can actually do dough or thick heavy things. The chopper works great and so does the shredder.

Nice unit, but build quality seems less substantial than my previous food processor. Would also like to have the option for a parmesan and other hard cheese grater. Otherwise, really like this unit.

This food processor does an excellent job at dicing and blending ingredients for black bean burgers and hummus. This Cuisinart food processor easily handles the challenge.

This good processor is the best! It is easy to use and clean, and the various blades that come with it allow so many options for chopping vegetables, grating cheese, or shredding potatoes to cook.

Much lighter than older version it was replacing. Nice powerful motor.

Works very well for what I’ve done so far. Dicing tray gets somewhat clogged. Only complaint is that the top is difficult to remove after use, and the small push tube is brittle. The edges of the top of it are broken.

Just what I needed. It is a versatile and robust machine with a myriad of specialty attachments. I can only hope to learn them all. I will rely on How-To videos posted online as there seems to be a lack of manufacturer’s videos showing best use practices for each of the attachments including helpful tips and tricks.
