A very good food processor – bowl is designed not to leak, unlike my previous one. Storage unit for accessory blades is large, but well-designed and keeps everything in its place. The blades are sharp, unit is perfect.

This is my first FP and so far I’m pleased. I’ve used it for shredding, pureeing , whipping cream and for nut butter to name a few and it’s worked like a champ. I also dig having the smaller work bowl for chopping herbs , garlic and even a sala dressing for 4 . In addition the spiralizer 3 disk attachment blades makes zoodles fast and with the large shoot it’s a breeze to feed larger zucchini. My only problem with my champ is that the plastic bowl feels like it could be more sturdy and a stronger handle attached to the bowl so us men don’t feel like it can break or crack . As for the grater my only wish is that it could grate cheese finer than it does especially for Parmesan cheese. I would recommend this device to anyone who loves to cook because now that I own mine it makes all the prep work a thing of the past and I can cook my awesome meals in a breeze . I love my Cuisinart food processor. Sincerely Raymond

I bought it before the holidays and have used it maybe 6 or more times now. It works well. There are a lot of accessories and I haven’t used them yet. I’m looking forward to learning more about the product.

Bought a 13 cup food processor. After 3 to 4 months of using it, among other things, to shred Gouda cheese, the power transmission coupling in the main bowl failed. No more power could be transmitted to use any of the accessories. Household use. Only manufacturer recommended usage. Now I’m struggling with Cuisinart to make warranty valid, since I’ve had the appliance for 2.5 years before failure. It has great accessories. Just wish that quality could match them.

LOVE this kitchen toy! I never thought I’d want one, until I saw my favorite cooking channel using it in almost every episode. This was my first year investing in a CSA membership, and making salsa, pickles, chicken fingers breading, squash saute, etc. has never been easier!

Replaced my other processor with this one. Expected based on price and size for it to be better. Disappointed that the machine was not strong enough with the dough hook to make my dough for scones. Whole machine shook violently and I thought it was going to burn the motor out.

I like the machine for the most part. The lid is hard to get on and off a little until you get used to it. If it’s between the dicing and the spiraling I would get the spiraling if I were you. I got the dicer and it’s horrid Terrible Bad I don’t know if it’s the design or what but it sucks.

Love the dicing function. The small bowl inside the bigger is very handy

Have not had a chance to use this extensively yet, but so far I like it runs smooth and a lot quieter than the last machine we had. Used the dicing attachment on carrots, worked really well, had a problem getting the grid cleaned out, carrots are hard, didn’t want to come out with the pusher. Other than that I’m very satisfied with the machine.

I love my new Cuisenart! The new options are fantastic. I especially like the fact that it doesn’t have a hole in it when the blade comes out. It makes for easier cleaning and safety.

This Food Processor is exactly what I had hoped it would be: efficient, solid, powerful, good looking. I could not be more pleased. I replaced a 20-year old KitchenAid food processor (which I liked very much). The Cuisinart is a big improvement in quality, design, and power.

The Cuisinart Elemental 13-Cup 3-Speed Food Processor and Dicing Kit, Gunmetal is the best purchase I could have made! It is very versatile and well made. This food processor does nearly everything you could want. I researched all the major brands and their various models for over three weeks. Reading countless reviews, before deciding on the Cuisinart Elemental 13-Cup 3-Speed Food Processor and Dicing Kit, Gunmetal! Very glad I bought it! I feel I made the right decision! I really wanted a machine with a dicing feature. No matter the brand, many complain about them being hard to use and clean or wasting a lot of food. So I was very hesitate! I’m pleased to say, upon first use, I loved the dicer on my Cuisinart! I diced 6 medium potatoes with it. Stopping after three to clean the dicing grid with the provided tool. As per THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL’s recommendations! It appears to me, many folks don’t take the time to read through it or are illiterate! Yes, cleaning the grid took a little time to do, but it is still way faster than doing the dicing by hand! The diced potatoes where nearly all perfect in size and shape. With very little waste left over. Clean up afterwards was not too bad either. I used a skinny soft bristle brush to assist with cleaning. I have shredded both mozzarella and cheddar cheeses that turned out perfect! I have chopped pepperoni and made almond butter in the included small bowl, that both turned out great! I really like the small bowl, it saves time. And if you’re careful you won’t have to clean the large bowl underneath it, if you don’t use it afterwards. Nice! I’ve also made pizza dough as well as, pepperoni and cheddar cheese spread. The dough and spread turned out fantastic. Everything blended together well, only stopping occasionally to scrape sides of bowl with included spatula. The adjustable slicing disc works terrific for potatoes, cucumbers, carrots etc. And it’s very easy to adjust and use. The food processor motor is powerful enough to handle most anything and is average for noise level. The machine runs smoothly and doesn’t shake or vibrate much at all. I like the suction cups on the bottom of based to help keep it in place. The included storage containers are awesome and very convenient! This food processors has nearly everything you could want. I plan on purchasing the spiralizer kit soon. And hope Cuisinart will come out with a dicing grid that makes larger sized cubes for this model! If you purchase this Cuisinart, I’m sure you’ll be satisfied! It’s a lot of bang for the buck! Plus, it’s backed by a 3 year warranty, one of the best in the business!

Makes otherwise laborious recipes easy. The Cuisinart makes recipes that require a lot of chopping and slicing accessible. Recipes that I would not have attempted I am now doing: soups and scalloped potatoes for example.

Outstanding !! Has changed my whole approach to preparing meals. The dicing attachment takes some practice but once you figure that out it’s fabulous. A bit of a clean up afterwards is only negative I can come up with , but the time it saves me daily is amazing. You can even slice bacon and ribeye steak when partially frozen !!

I got this to replaced my Kitchenaid FP. I decided to go with the original and am happy I did. For starters, it weighs a lot less than my old one, which means I’ll use it more. I haven’t used the dicing attachment yet but I have used the slicer, shredder, blade and both bowls. The lid has a gasket, so nothing leaks out of the bowl (salad dressing) (LOVE). The feeding tube is also nice, as there are a couple of sizes. The flat lid (yes, there are two lids!) has an opening to add liquid (no tube). Easy to clean as it’s dishwasher safe. Love this machine!
