Cuisinart has excellent customer service! I had an issue with my food processor and they handled the problem quickly. I’m on my third one. Not all were Cuisinart but of all of them, this is my favorite. I do recommend.

Lightweight plastic worries me. It all works but not sure for how long. Was going to return it but thought I would give it a try. The quality is not half as good as the Cuisinart I about 8 years ago. Not sure why I thought I needed to upgrade to a newer model. This is by no means an upgrade.

I have only used this to make 3 large batches of salsa so far. It did everything perfectly. I was using a really small processor previously. This nice machine makes it so much easier.

I have used the slicer, dicer and the chopper so far and am very impressed with how they work. Certainly makes soup preparation fast and easy. Looking forward to using the other features.

I purchased the food process in late October just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas baking. The food process has been so much fun to use. It has made preparing desserts so much easier and saved me lots of time.

I replaced my previous Cuisinart food processor because the lid fell apart. As I looked to replace the lid, I discovered it was more cost effective to buy a new one. I love the small bowl inside the larger one. It’s much easier to get out than my old one. The box to hold the accessories is genius.

I have had a Cuisinart since 1984. Although it was completely functional, this new Cuisinart advertised some additional elements that my old didn’t have, so I bought it. It was quite different from my old machine, and it took some time to figure out how to use it. It has a much bigger footprint than my old machine, has many more parts that require cleaning, and the dicing tool doesn’t really dice hard vegetables like carrots, which was a main reason I bought the new machine. It’s far easier just to use a knife. For the “usual” functions the old Cuisinart performed, this tool is effective, but again, there are so many pieces and parts to clean that I didn’t think it was worth replacing my old machine. Storage is also an issue. My old machine fit nicely into a tall cabinet; the extra blades didn’t have to be stored in a separate case, so I had to rearrange my cabinets to accommodate the extra tools and I now keep the Cuisinart on my countertop because it was too tall for my cabinet. This was an expensive toy, although I’m getting used to it.

I bought this processor about a month ago and can’t believe I didn’t buy it years ago. My wife doesn’t cook so I do all the cooking. We often entertain groups of 10 to 20 people which meant that I would literally spend the better part of a day with a chef’s knife and cutting board. I am now able to do in an hour or less, what used to take the better part of the day. So far I have used the processor for bread and pizza dough, shredding cheese and veggies, homemade hummus, dicing and slicing. The adjustable slicing blade is wonderful. This machine is a beast and takes on every task with ease and precision. Thank you Cuisinart. You have hit this one out of the park.

item arrived packaged in the box but some of the plastic was already cracked/broken when removed from the box. Wish the dicing attachment would make larger chunks

For the most part, we love this food processor. One thing we would change is not having so many chutes to put together to feed food through. They are a bit redundant. Also, the smaller bowl makes a mess of the large bowl, so we just use the large bowl instead. That way we’re not washing to bowls when done.
