I purchased the food process in late October just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas baking. The food process has been so much fun to use. It has made preparing desserts so much easier and saved me lots of time.

Love that it’s lightweight, several options of slicing thickness, container for accessories

It is super easy to use & very versatile. It is easy to clean.

Nice unit, but build quality seems less substantial than my previous food processor. Would also like to have the option for a parmesan and other hard cheese grater. Otherwise, really like this unit.

This good processor is the best! It is easy to use and clean, and the various blades that come with it allow so many options for chopping vegetables, grating cheese, or shredding potatoes to cook.

Bought a 13 cup food processor. After 3 to 4 months of using it, among other things, to shred Gouda cheese, the power transmission coupling in the main bowl failed. No more power could be transmitted to use any of the accessories. Household use. Only manufacturer recommended usage. Now I’m struggling with Cuisinart to make warranty valid, since I’ve had the appliance for 2.5 years before failure. It has great accessories. Just wish that quality could match them.

My old workhorse Cuisinart died, much to my chagrin. I was open to other brands, but settled once again, on a Cuisinart. There have been several changes that required some getting used to… the seal is way more convenient and easier to clean. Mine came with the dicing tool which had a flat cover. That cover is terrific! If you don’t need to add items during processing this cover makes clean up even easier. The dicing attachment is pretty useless however. It dices nicely but only does part of the item, thus leaving almost half of the vegetable not diced. When i did an onion, i found that the onion that wasn’t diced was nearly half ot the total onion. I chopped it abd the volume of chopped to diced was almost equal. I won’t be using the attachment much, but i really like how the machine functions overall.

For the most part, we love this food processor. One thing we would change is not having so many chutes to put together to feed food through. They are a bit redundant. Also, the smaller bowl makes a mess of the large bowl, so we just use the large bowl instead. That way we’re not washing to bowls when done.

Seems to function very well. Would love to see a hard cheese grating disk for Romano cheese, etc.

A wonderful birthday gift! I can’t tell you how much I love it!

The best thing is that these machines are much lighter in weight than the older ones. I got the dicer option and do not like it. A lot of material sticks in the dicer and requires too much time to get out even with the tool provided. And these machines have such bulky pieces and attachments. They take a lot of room. You can’t do without one if you bake and cook in large quantities and this one is well made, Cuisinart is excellent brand but I would love to see some innovation in design.

This replaced an old and much loved Pro Custom 11 that gave up the ghost after more than a decade of very heavy use. It’s very powerful, and all the attachments make food prep a breeze. That the entire bowl is sealed at the bottom is a gift – no more having to hold the blade with one hand to prevent leaks! For jobs that don’t require the main bowl, the bowl insert is perfect for whipping up smaller batches. The main blade sits very close to the bottom of the bowl, which ensures that no chunks of unprocessed food are sitting beneath the blade. The dicing kit and the tool case were a nice bonus. If you’re looking for a workhorse in your kitchen at a reasonable price, you can’t go wrong with this model. Highly recommend!

Love it! I was always a bit intimidated by food processors, but I finally bought one and can’t believe I waited so long. This one comes with a nice storage case for discs and blades.

So far not real impressed. Machine works okay. Seems like a lot of parts to clean up after using it. Maybe once I use it more I will like it better.

My first Cuisinart was a gift I didn’t want 35 years ago. It turned into appliance I couldn’t live without. As it aged I taped it together when the plastic broke and just made it work. I couldn’t imagine any product could replace my trusted Cuisie. I found the perfect replace when I purchased my new Element 13 cup Cuisinart. What an amazing tool. Light weight, solidly built, easy to clean, adaptable for small and large usage…PERFECT. So happy I purchased this kitchen tool.

I like the machine for the most part. The lid is hard to get on and off a little until you get used to it. If it’s between the dicing and the spiraling I would get the spiraling if I were you. I got the dicer and it’s horrid Terrible Bad I don’t know if it’s the design or what but it sucks.

Purchased a few months ago and have been having fun with all the different attachments.
