The Elite gets the job done and I love the interchangeable bowls and the storage unit for the blades!

fabulous. I got this as a replacement for an older model that broke. I initially looked just to replace the bowl of my older model, but this was a great choice. Works quietly and fast. I especially like that it has a small bowl

I don’t know how I cooked without this machine. It’s so quick and easy to use. I like the versatility of the adjustable slicing blade.

I bought this food processor against my better judgment. I was planning to buy the “basic” 14-cup processor but decided to give this one a try. I’m so glad I did. Its versatility and extra features suit my needs well. I love the storage case and the ability to select different size shreds and slices without needing to buy and store additional discs. It’s also beautiful on my counter.

Very quiet. Makes short work with veggies and meat. Need a learning curve so food is not over processed (did that). Easy to clean. Very happy with purchase. Please check back for progress report when have used all the attachments and used it longer. Thank you.

I purchased this to replace another brand of food processor. The work bowl was cracked and could not be replaced. This is a working machine. I have done a lot with it and everything has turned out great. The only downside is that large pieces of food get hung between the blade and the cover. I have found this to be the case with every food processor I have ever owned. It happens with carrots, cheese, and other foods as well. So— I have just learned to put up with that as normal. Having said all of that, I really find this machine to be easy to use and I especially like the way the lid snaps into place. There is a definite learning curve so be sure to read the book before you use it for the first time.

I love this processor! It is very sturdy and the motor is extremely powerful. My old processor was a Kitchen Aid and it could never do what my Cuisinart can do. I put all the parts in the dishwasher and when done they store in the handy case. The fact that the motor has a 20 year warranty is a plus because that was reason for this purchase, the old one just stopped grinding and only had short warranty. I especially like having the little bowl option. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to mix, grind, grate, blend, etc. small and large stuff.

I love this machine! It’s powerful, easy to use and clean. The storage chest for the tools is a wonderful touch. My only minor critique is that it seems to struggle a little when I shredded a block of cheese. Also be aware of how sharp as I already had a cut on day one. I wish they could put some type of handling tool that was easier. But I would buy this again, all over. I did a lot of research and it has the most powerful motor and tools for the money.

I bought my Elite Collection Food processor about 9 months ago, and I am in love with it! I can’t believe the power it has! I make a lot of nut-based gluten free energy bars and cookies, and it processes everything without effort. I am used to my previous machines making noises and the motor emitting burning smells when I tried to grind nuts. Not this one! It is really amazing, and I love it! I actually kissed it a few times 🙂

I bought this after missing out on a smaller floor sample a nearby store was selling. I’m happy that I missed out on the other one, as this one is great! (I had a bit of hesitation buying one this big, as this is my first food processor).I find having the small bowl is a real help, as I often process a small amount for a salad dressing, etc. I have not found that both bowls need to be washed after the small one is used – the seal keeps liquids where they belong, and you can pull out the small bowl for pouring. I also have not had a problem with the seal getting dirty. It is easy to remove and reinstall, and easy to wash.I can see how food or water might get into the lower handle after a while. I have not had a problem with that so far, though. The performance of this unit it incredible. It is very quiet – when I use my blender, conversation stops, but when I use this you can hardly hear it running. Also, the motor seems like it will be big enough to handle anything I could throw at it.

This is my first food processor and I am very pleased!!! The large size is perfect for bread recipes, and the small basket is great too!!! I also love the storage box for all of the attachments!

Excellent for home use and for prepping and processing food for weekly dinners serving 200 people. The motor is strong and quiet. I can slice 40 lbs of clean prepped carrots in 5 minutes and quickly move on to chop onions and celery. I’v e learned to avoid to many carrot slabs that results when a carrot piece rolls over and gets caught between the lid and the blade by loading 3 medium carrots or 2 largeones narrow side down and gently pushing them straight down through the chute. After 40 lbs of sliced carrots I end up with a small handful of little slabs that I pulse chop with onions and celery for mirepoix, the culinary trinity we saute for yummy flavor in many dishes.

The separate bowls are wonderful, chop nuts to bake cookies…then use the large to mix cookie dough. I love baking bread again, something I used to do with my old machine…until I dropped it. I purchased my previous one in the mid eighties.

This newer version replaced my former 14 cup Cuisinart that came with a 14 and 10 cup bowl. The 10 cup fit inside the 14 cup and was very difficult to remove. Looks like Cuisinart eliminated that problem by eliminating the 10 cup bowl altogether. Brilliant! New version has more plastic parts, is quieter than previous and works well. I love it!

This machine gives me ability to continue making pie crust, bread grate hard cheeses. I’m still learning about using it for cookie dough and other baking projects.

I bought this food processor about a month ago. I was swayed by the motor warranty (I make nut butter weekly and needed a powerful motor) and the two bowls. The top of the processor has a button release rather than twisting off. The silicone gasket is an additional piece to clean, however, flour doesn’t get all over your counter when mixing dough.

My experience is very positive; after 30 years with one of the original machines I bought this one last month. The design improvements are many and it is well worth the change — it is more powerful, much quieter and seems safer. Too many great new features to list here but I love it. You would not regret buying this new version of the old stand-by.

This is a really great food processor. It’s is easy to clean, quick with cutting/dicing/slicing. It’s is large and heavy which requires decent counter space. It is also quiet for the size. My husband works night shift and have used this appliance while he was sleeping and it didn’t wake him up. My only issue with this appliance is that, I made 1.5 lb whole wheat bread and it over heat and it automatically stopped it, so I had to knead the dough by hand.

Upgraded recently to a more powerful processor. While my old Cuisinart was a real work horse, this one beats it hands down. I love the larger feed tubes, and the option of using a smaller work bowl. I can’t wait to challenge the more powerful motor this holiday season.
