I was looking for something a little bigger than my 2 cup food chopper by smaller than my big food processor to not only save some cabinet space but was more efficient for uses in my home for food preparation and recipes. For years I have either used my little food chopper and it has taken more time to chop or shred or gotten out the too big food processor which was a chore to dig it out from under the cabinet tucked in the back. I came across this little gem quite by accident and it has been aa blessing in disguise. It was perfect for chopping nuts Christmas cookie baking and for dinner preparation it worked great shredding and pulsing. Best yet, I keep it in the front of my cabinet and it is within easy reach whenever I need it. I am in love with this perfectly sized kitchen appliance and only wish I had found it sooner!
