I believe this is a very good food processor. The motor is powerful. But, it is very difficult to get the top onto the bowl. I’m always afraid I’m going to break the lid or bowl when attaching the top.

Chops and mixes quickly, easy to use and easy to clean. I have only used the regular blade. Be careful when washing the blade it is VERY sharp!

Have always been a long time user of the CuisineArt 12c food processor and love the versatility of this machine. But as we downsized into a smaller kitchen, we did not have the counter space and storage for the larger unit. As a result we had it on storage making it such a cumbersome task pulling and putting the application away. This 8c processor just solve that problem for me! It does all the functions of the larger processor and compact sized to have in the counter.Great product!

I really have not used it very much. I’ve done some slicing. Worked great. Shredded some carrots. and chopped onion, celery, carrots. Had no problem. Next I’m going to shred some cheddar cheese. So far I’m happy with it. It does save time chopping. My only problem is the position of the “off” button. I keep hitting the fast button or the pulse button. But hopefully I’ll get used to it.
