I bought the Griddler because I like to cook simple proteins and veggies quickly. I bought several family members the Griddler and we all are going in the direction that suits our needs because we all have different eating habits!The issue I have is that the temperature controls/knobs have writing that is so small it’s hard to read!! I should have bought a model with digital reading but those models don’t have individual plate temp capability.I like the fact that I can cook on either plate at different temps at the same time but it’s very hard to see the temp control!

This is a great indoor grill. It doesn’t produce any smoke in the kitchen, and yet I still get those burgers with a grilled flavor. It is easy to use as a grill, for burgers, steaks or chicken; and it opens up completely flat to be used as a griddle for pancakes or other breakfast foods. With just a quick rinse in the sink, it cleans beautifully in the dishwasher. Great product and easy to maintain.

We use this as a portable grill. We take it with us when we don’t know if a gas or charcoal grill would be available. Works well with burgers, fish or sandwiches. It is fairly new yet but I am sure we will find many more uses.

I absolutely love this piece of equipment! So easy to clean up after using, and so useful in a small kitchen such as mine. My only complaint would be the top element does not get as hot as the bottom. Didn’t take long to learn to compensate for that, but one should not have to do so. Other than that, no complaints, just a lot of usage!

Love this product. Cooks very quickly and places grill lines on what you are cooking. Excess fat poors onto the drip tray. Is a great alternative to going outside to use the grill.Use it about 4 times a week.

We have only been using the Griddler Deluxe for a few weeks but already like a lot of things about it: The product is compactly built, heavy enough (about 15 pounds) to be stable, but light enough to move. The controls are very simple and focus on the most important thing – temperature settings. Upper and lower grill plate settings ad lots of flexibility to what / how we cook things. Reversible, easily removable and dishwasher safe grill plates are a very positive feature. So far we are mainly grilling sandwiches and reheating pizza in the Griddler but its simplicity and convenience will ensure our expanded use.

The Only Reason That We Received At All Was Because Renee In The Casselberry Home Depot Store Whom Stayed On Case Of The Missing Grill. Also Michelle Who Is A Home Depot Staff Member from Customer Service In Utah Did The Final Trick For The Grill To Be Sent Us By Overnight Express. love our Griddler Deluxe! the only hiccup we had (which was quickly replaced by Cuisinart at no charge) was the drip pan… over time it didn’t fit flush against the unit and we had some leakage between the pan and griddler. The new pan fits great! 5 stars for the product and customer service!
