I love this griddle. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it quit working after 5 months or so. Cuisinart did replace it fairly quickly. I use it on average 3 – 4 times a month. The clean up is a breeze. It’s great for low-fat cooking too.

We replaced an older model. We ended up going with this model as my husband uses it the most. I like the display as easy to read for an older person. My husband loves using this. We like the additional space, being able to heat the top of the sandwich without the cheese sticking to the griddle, and the ability to sear. It is definitely larger for storage or counter space but I think worth it.
