Works very well, so far I’ve done grilled vegetables, steak, tuna melt, grilled cheese and pancakes. Everything came out great and the best part is it cleans up effortlessly, much better than my old Wolfgang grill. I also like the way the top grill can “hover” over the food, this works well when you want to melt cheese on top of whatever you’re cooking. The only problem I had is that after doing grilled vegetables the other day, it decided to shut itself off. Just the grills, not the unit. Power was still displayed but the grilling surface would not turn on no matter what I did with the controls. I decided to clean it off and disconnect it. The next day it was fine, no problem. Maybe the elements overheated because I was using it for a long time? It’s ok now. All said and done, I definitely would recommend it.

This it a great griddle. The fact that the plates are changeable is a huge plus. And removable to clean!! Clean up is a breeze. We have used it multiple times since it arrived and are extremely happy with it.

Like the fact that the heater is in the grill plates. It has taken the place of our outdoor gas grill. It is very easy to use. Like the temperature read outs on this model.

Bought it for Christmas and it has not disappointed. Works as advertised and has good features. We have noticed that some od the black non stick coating on the griddles has already started to waer and exposed metal. Do not know as of yet if that is normal. Have hand washed only and have used no abrasives(scouring pads, etc)
