We’ve had a new Griddler Elite for a month or so now. This device is the absolute best!! We cook everything on it now…breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can cook more food in less time and the clean up could not be easier! I cannot say enough good things about this grill. It’s very well made and attractive. It cooks evenly, accurately and much quicker than expected. It has a number of interesting and useful features like the adjustable top and the ability to open flat. It really is worth the price. Additionally, we purchased the Cuisinart Coffee Center several months ago. OMG!!! We’ve had every coffee maker every made…this is THE BEST ever!!

Finally a convenient way to catch the drippings. The grill is designed to let the drippings drain out the back to a tray that can be removed. And there’s a lock on the lid to allow you to melt cheese on a burger.

Got this as a Christmas gift for myself, and love it. The flexibility of being able to change the configuration from full flat grill to panini press (with varied levels of press) is awesome. And clean up is as easy as they say – hot soapy wipe and rinse with an occasional trip in the dishwasher and they are still looking new more than a month later.

I bought this to replace another indoor grill. I love how I can set individual temps for top and bottom… The sear function looks interesting although I have not tried it yet. but I’ve cooked, chicken breasts, pork chops, grilled sandwiches… all came out perfect and the timer right there is perfect. The grills are heavyweight and sturdy.. very easy to clean. Also I don’t think it’s clearly identified but the heating elements are INSIDE the grill plates. Which provides a much better heating surface. The lid will lock down for storage and the slider also provides adjustable heights if that is needed.

I really like the griddler elite. Its works great as it is supposed to. I like the fact that you can cook from top and bottom at same time either pressing down on food or with a headspace for top melting. My cheese sandwiches get extra gooey that way. I do lower bottom temperature about 10° when cooking from both top and bottom. Anywhere you take this unit you have an instant mini kitchen so really nice when traveling. But I also use it alot in my kitchen as well. You really can use this to cook most anything and it does an excellent job. I am very glad I bought this and highly recommend it.

This is a pretty recent purchase, but so far I am loving it! I have made reubens, grilled ham and cheese and hamburgers so far. Everything has been perfect. I am looking forward to buying some steaks and using the searing feature too.: )
