I love the way it seats steaks. However I hate the way it smokes. Fills the house. I have to set it on a cookie sheet on the stove to cook because there is not room to open it fully if it is on the counter.

Hinges coming loose already, only have used for two weeks. Also, since the opening spacer is only on one side, and the hinges are loose, the top sits lopsided on top of a sandwich so cooks unevenly.

We use it almost every day, cooking bacon, burgers, steaks and as a panini machine. We have had multiple brands of machines over the years and this is by far the best. The only reason the rating was not 5 stars is because grease will sometimes get under the grease cup. I should also mention that their customer service is great.

Seems well made. Have not used as griddle but it works ok as panini press. It’s a bit slow reaching set temperature and the heat is uneven. The lower grill is always hotter than the upper one which makes for uneven browning.

I love my new griddler. We have used it several times for grilling chicken and steak. Also, making quesadillas is a snap. The removable plates clean very easily. Being able to make the top lay level on items is perfect. I do wish I could purchase waffle plates for this griddler.

Works very well, so far I’ve done grilled vegetables, steak, tuna melt, grilled cheese and pancakes. Everything came out great and the best part is it cleans up effortlessly, much better than my old Wolfgang grill. I also like the way the top grill can “hover” over the food, this works well when you want to melt cheese on top of whatever you’re cooking. The only problem I had is that after doing grilled vegetables the other day, it decided to shut itself off. Just the grills, not the unit. Power was still displayed but the grilling surface would not turn on no matter what I did with the controls. I decided to clean it off and disconnect it. The next day it was fine, no problem. Maybe the elements overheated because I was using it for a long time? It’s ok now. All said and done, I definitely would recommend it.

Bought a few weeks ago and love it. Such even heating and makes perfect crispy bacon. Food slides right off with non stick surface. Make sure to use nonmetal tools when removing food to protect surface.

I had an old cusinart grill but the drip tray kept falling off the back and it was not easy to clean, so I bought a new one. It get’s hot so be careful of the temperature
