These mixers work great – especially for whipping cream! The whisk attachment is my favorite! It’s also very quiet and easy to adjust the speeds. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is that this was a replacement for an older model of the same mixer and the new one has a sort of “stutter” start to prevent splashing (which it does) but it seems to cause it to be harder to control whipping cream. In all other aspects it works perfect – but as that was the main reason I bought the replacement I was surprised.
