Saw that this had good reviews and it was readily available. We’ve made basic vanilla ice cream a few times (quite delicious), a watermelon sorbet (it was easy to adapt an online recipe involving pureed watermelon and simple syrup). Improvisation works well once you’re accustomed to the expected initial consistency (for example, a frozen yogurt based on strained yogurt needs to be thinned out a bit with some milk or cream). Have loved ease of use, ease of cleaning, and by keeping the freezer lining in the freezer all the time, it’s always ready. Thinking about getting a second one. Very satisfied with this easy-to-use ice cream maker!
