Using this ice cream maker is very simple with just one on-off switch. Freeze inner container, placemixer piece inside, secure lid on top and pour in the ingredients. Motor has plenty of power from start to finish.

It works great. I can mix up 2 batches of the ice cream mixture at once I pour one in and blend until done. Take that one out and then pour the other mixture in and the bowl will still be frozen enough to blend the second batch. Awesome.

No calcium sulfate, Polysorbate 80, Magnesium Hydroxide, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Mono-and Diglycerides, or Artificial Flavors, just milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla or whatever you want to put in it. This is ice cream as I remember it.

What I like about this ice cream maker: 1. The top is big so it is easy to add ingredients into the machine. 2. Simple to use – add ingredients, turn it on, set a timer, and walk away. 3. There are only 3 parts of the machine to wash, the freezer bowl, the stirrer, and the lid.What I wish could be improved: 1. The machine is very noisy when it’s running. 2. A timer function, especially when it’s time to add the optional ingredients like nuts, marshmallows, cookie bits. 3. More recipes online. I’m diabetic and like to experiment with ingredients or how to lower the carb content, sugar, etc. 4. The freezer bowl is too cold when you turn off the machine it is difficult to spoon out all the ice cream stuck to the sides from being frozen.
