It is the easiest way to make great homemade ice cream. The hardest part is making the custard. I create ice cream for the Keto diet and it’s delicious.

A strong motor. The larger can size makes it easier to freeze a quart or more.

Cuisinart is a good brand. This ice cream maker does not disappoint. It freezes well and quickly. I bought this because we don’t use sugar or traditional sugar substitutes. We can make ice cream that is healthy for us. I just wish you could find a way to make the ice cream bowl from stainless steel. I try not to use aluminum with my food.

Very easy to use and only takes a short time for frozen yogurt or ice cream. Good quality machine.

I am enjoying the ability to make pro level frozen desserts. I only wish there was a removable top for the opening. I place a saucer over that part so that nothing can find its way into my churning ice cream bases.

We were so excited to receive our Dash. My wife, being a chocolatholic, wanted to make the DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM recipe listed in the recipe section. We stirred constantly, until the mixture began to resemble a chocolate pudding. It mixture was so thick, we struggled to get it into the mixer. After 15 minutes my wife turned it off. It was so loud she couldn’t stand the noise and we had to move it into another room. We have yet to get 2 quarts out of this machine. Even after doubling a one quart recipe, we only made 1 1/2 quarts. For the price, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this machine to anyone. It is fun, makes great ice cream. but there is a learning curve and it is LOUD.

The recipe and manual could be improved upon however the machine is terrific. Instructions need more disclosure re time required and steps or level of expertise. First attempt was a 3 hour butter pecan which whole delicious was a pain

I like that I can make ice cream, but I became frustrated when the mixture stuck to the sides so I have to put the bowl in warm water to thaw what was stuck, which turned out to be another serving. The 2nd time I used it, the paddle became frozen to the mixture and I had to again put bowl in warm water to unfreeze paddle. Takes extra time.

I absolutely love this machine. You pour your ice cream mix in the bowl and turn it on. It takes about 20 minutes and you have a creamy delicious ice cream treat.

Very easy to use- with only a few ingredients, a short hands on time mixing the ingredients and a short time with the automatic churning, we made delicious homemade ice cream. We added brownie bites at the end and it broke them up too small, so we had specks instead of chunks, but it was yummy. It’s also very easy to wash afterwards. It made plenty of ice cream- 4 large bowls- and we had to put the rest in the freezer for another time.

Great machine. Made two batches already, chocolate and vanilla. Each batch was perfect with little cleanup. It’s nice to not have to deal with ice and salt with my traditional ice cream maker.
