Easy to use. Makes great ice cream quickly. The down side is the lid which has little plastic knobs to hold it in place. After 3 uses, one broke and I have to hold it on with duct tape every time I make ice cream. Definitely a design flaw.

My husband and I are in love with this machine! He tried to convince me that we didn’t need an ice cream maker because we don’t really have room to store it. Too bad for him, I received this as a Christmas present from my mom. He doesn’t care any more! We’ve tried the Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream and the Mascarpone and Fig Gelato recipes from the book that comes with the machine. They are both amazing!!!!! It’s incredibly easy to use and clean.

Very easy to use. I’ve only used it for 2 batches of ice cream so far and am very impressed. My husband says he doesn’t want any other ice cream now. I hope we like the other deserts as well as we like ice cream!

I love my new ice cream machine! I used to make ice cream in Vitamix. But just did not process right. Now I use Vitamix to mix it / cool in frig and finish in Cuisinart . The only problem I have had is the lid can be difficult to lock on.

Love it! Have made 3 different ice creams so far. Will be trying sorbet next. Should’ve bought one a long time ago.

Great ice cream maker. Works quickly and is easy to use. I bought 2 of the freezing tubs so i always have one ready to make ice cream in. Has settings for different frozen treats.

My family said the vanilla we made was the best vanilla they had ever had. The chocolate was pretty amazing. Pumpkin was interesting. We have enjoyed making ice cream.

This counter top appliance is amazing. I made raspberry sorbet. It make 2 quarts and had 3 ingredients; none of the binders and additives that you get in store bought frozen treats. Took about an hour to make in total. It’s terrific.

We absolutely love this ice cream maker. It is quick and the ice cream comes out perfect. It’s a bit on the noisy side but w don’t mind it too much. We use it for vegan ice cream by the way and just love how creamy the ice cream turns out. We like it so much that we use it every week.

Believe all the reviews you see about the ICE-70; it really is that good. From a technical perspective, the design of the scraper blades is such that there is minimal ice build up on the walls of the bowl, which is exactly what you need for the small particle ice crystals that deliver a smooth texture. That is only one small reason why this machine is best in its class. Sure, you have to plan ahead and put the bowl in the freezer, and if that doesn’t make sense, then look into a machine with a compressor. But if you are looking for a very high quality, very highly regarded, and highly functional standalone ice cream (and gelato and sorbet) maker, this is the best one out there–for a very reasonable price. My only quibble is that I each too much ice cream now, and that certainly isn’t a bad thing.

It’s a great and easy to clean product! People just need to make sure to chill/cool their mixture in order for the result to really turn out as ice cream. Even if it looks like soup, just put it in the freezer and it will be ice cream ready to be eaten by the next day!

Very easy to use and the recipes have been delicious! We haven’t tried to make sorbet or gelato yet, but have high expectations that they will be success well

Works great however, you still have to freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours before serving

It’s super easy to use… Everything that comes out of it is delicious. Cleaning is a snap. Once you get into a rhythm and you have the bowl itself in the freezer, you can make ice cream in less than 30 minutes.

I absolutely love this ice cream maker! I received it as a gfit. I’ve used it several times. Easy to use and comes with great recipes!

I like the ease of use and cleaning, except for the plastic stirrer. It seems flimsy, doesn’t keep the freezing ice cream or sorbet off the sides of the bowl very well so there is poor incorporation and with it product consistence issues if i don’t stop and scrape it manually every once in a while, which is both physically taxing and annoying. There are also grooves on the mixing arm that don’t seem to serve a purpose other than to be hard to clean. My first ice cream maker. Would not recommend.

Purchased this to replace an “ice and salt” style machine that broke during quarantine. This is SO much better. I’ve made several custard style desserts so far, and one simple ice cream from the enclosed recipe book. They all worked well and fast. You do need to plan ahead and have the bowl frozen ahead of time. Even with my built in freezer which has a “super freeze” setting – we can’t shorten the time. But once frozen the canister maintains temperature and freezes large batches in 25 minutes or less. Only advice is that when aerating – the recipes enclosed easily spill over. Next time I’m going to try to mix half the batch at a time. Once completed – ice cream is a soft serve consistency that can be eaten immediately without further still freezing. That’s really nice if you want to serve a treat.
