I bought this about a month ago and have used it several times in preference to my electric cooktop. The only issue we have had with it is tht the cooling fans are too loud. The induction cooktop in my other kitchen (installed in an island) had no fan.I LIKE THE HANDINESS OF THIS ONE BUT NOT THE NOISE.

It’s a good piece of equipment, but you need to have 100% metal pot and pans before it gets hot and inducts. A very good piece of equipment, and have worked well so far, and very happy for the long warranty that was provided. The price was a little higher than I would have liked, but only time will tell if it will be worth the cost.

Bought for our cottage since we have induction cooktop at home. Fast response, easy cooking. Left burner gets hotter #8 while right setting is not as hot, only #5. For the money, good buy for quick cooking for two. Only negative for me is the whirring sound, from what must be a fan. That’s why didn’t give it a 5.

I bought this cooktop to give to my wife for Christmas and she has loved it from the moment she began using it. Unfortunately it was on top if the stove when one burner under the cook top was turned on and some of the plastic melted. The cook top is still working, however, one circuit board is exposed. Please let me know how I could go about buying a replacement bottom piece for our cook top. Thank you!

It has numbers rather than temps or low, med, high, sear so it takes some practice to get used to it but works great. We use it in the RV and can run both sides without tripping a breaker.
