The tea kettle is kept on my counter, for ease of use, and because it’s very attractive. The on lever is in a great location, and the water heats up very quickly. The kettle fits easily on the base. I love how the water level indicator lights up in blue, but would prefer it were more visible. I’d buy this again if I needed another.

Works every time. I will buy again. Since 2013 this kettle (cuisinart cpk17) continues daily use in our family. Beautiful Stainless steel outside and insides never built up any sediment…(we use distlled drinking water only). At least 6x per day we are heating at least a half liter. Looks great too .
