The Cuisinart MCP117-16BR MultiClad Pro Stainless 16 in. Rectangular Roasting Pan with Rack is an essential piece of cookware for family dinners, parties and holiday celebrations, designed to hold turkeys, chickens, and large roasts. The pure aluminum core bonded to the brushed, stainless steel exteriors and stainless steel interiors includes Heat Surround Technology and is induction ready and dishwasher safe. Cool Grip, riveted stainless steel handles make placing the roasters into the oven, and lifting them out, safe and hassle free. Solid stainless steel racks allow heat to circulate and let meat or poultry drain as it cooks.

Excellent bargain, this stainless roasting pan costs more than no-stick coated pans, but it will definitely out last them by years. Easy to grasp handles, only problem some might have is that the handles add a few inches to the pans width. This pan comes with a nice cradle roasting rack, but not sure if it is carbon steel or non-stick, will have to wait and see. I have always trusted the brand to be an above average performer. So far it has been easy to use, easy to clean. Not too heavy so it can easily be lifted above a drippings sifter or separator. Most often I use it to roast a 16 to 22 lb turkey. Would recommend to a friend.

This is a well built roasting pan that works as advertised. There was more than enough room for my 14 lb. Turkey. It was surprisingly easy to clean which is a good thing as you are advised not to use a steel wool product. This roasting pan will be handed down to my daughter-in-law and granddaughter.
