The pure aluminum core bonded to the brushed, stainless steel exteriors and stainless steel interiors includes Heat Surround Technology and is induction ready and dishwasher safe. I have all the other MultiClad Pro pieces, they are all excellent and compare well to All Clad. Before I bought them I went to Kitchen Windows in Minneapolis I weighed and measured their thickness with a micrometer they were just about identical. And they cost a fraction of the price.

Bought this pan to cook prime rib at high temp (500°) as I couldn’t find any other roasting pan that could withstand at temp that high… this pan is solid, durable and was definitely able to withstand the heat as noted. A little more than what I wanted to spend but well worth it!
