We love this skillet so much that we just purchased the 10 inch skillet! The pan is well made and has solid weight, unlike cheaper and thinner non-stick pans. The handle is of solid weight, very comfortable to hold and beautiful to look at. Food never sticks and the titanium non-stick surface wipes clean with a paper towel or damp cloth. It has everything you want in a quality non-stick pan.

Our 8-inch non-stick skillet is a pleasure to use. We have made eggs, fish, veggie mixes, smaller meals and snacks in it. For us, the skillet is not only a breeze to use but also cleans up easily. We love that we can quickly cook at lower temperatures without drying out foods and higher temps are not needed which makes burning less of a concern when cooking with gas. A few drops of water here and there keeps food deliciously moist during longer cooking times. Foods remain hot from stovetop to table. Despite its size, the pan is on the heavier side in comparison to other brands we own; however, the handle is quite comfortable and sturdy allowing for maneuvering as needed during cooking, serving and clean up even for some family that are less nimble. This tiny giant is a regular go-to for us on almost a daily basis. Since this is not the only cuisinart mcp product we own and we have cooking pieces in other brands, we can say with confidence we look forward to using our 8” inch mcp ns for many moons.
