I have a flat top stove. This pans has not warped and stays completely flat for maximum even cooking. If wish I had tried this cookware years ago.

This skillet is not totally flat. When you add olive oil or butter it gathers around the edges of the skillet, leaving the middle dry. I had an older Cuisinart skillet which this replaced, and it did not have this issue.
