I LOVE this pan. It is my go-to pan for my family of 4. I also purchased the 10 in. pan, but this pan is the perfect size for my family. I love that it doesn’t have the long handle of pans typically this size. Plus, I love the fact that honestly, nothing sticks to this pan. As long as you preheat the pan before you put olive oil in, you are good to go. Food stuck to my old “non-stick” pan more than food does to this. I also love that this pan is dishwasher safe, but after having used it several days a week for a month now, I still haven’t put it in the dishwasher. It’s not because I’m scared to, it is because this pan is so easy to clean in the sink. I have made everything from fried chicken, seared chicken, salmon, creamy pasta meal, chicken breast with cheese on top. Nothing sticks! I just put some dish detergent and hot water in the pan while we eat, and then as soon as we are done, I just rinse out the pan and everything just comes right out. So wonderful!

Love this pan….easy to clean….and looks great on the table. Any interior surface stain can be easily removed with bar-keepers friend.As with any stainless cookwear you should never add salt until the liquid or oil is warm. Adding salt to cold will cause pitting.

I like this pan except for one thing- the bottom is not totally flat. When I stir food without holding a handle the pan spins on my glass top stove. This drives me crazy, but I could not find an All Clad pan this size with these type handles. There is a lot of cooking surface. You just need to cook on a lower temperature as this pan hold the heat!

I love this pot – especially the size. It’s great for most meals I like to cook. My only issue is consistent with the whole Multi Clad Pro line where the pots easily discolor. A little Barkeeper’s Friend and they’re good as new but I’ve never had this problem with other pots. I’m very happy with the quality of the pots and assume the discoloration is related to the chemistry of the water in my area.
