I have used this stockpot on many occasions and it is quite good. I’m glad I went with the twelve quart instead of the eight quart. The price was right as compared to All-Clad. My only problem is that it got discolored very easily from using it as much as I do. Another issue, it is very large so you need a lot of storage space or pot/pan hooks in your kitchen which I don’t have. I keep it on my stove right now. Otherwise, I’m happy with my stockpot.

This is the perfect size stockpot…especially if you plan on making enough to freeze. It heats as it should for a stock…never needed or wanted to brown in it. Also great for a large amount of pasta!
