This is one of the easiest percolator to use. No filter required, absolute smooth and delicous taste, easy to clean, safe and quick! Also very easy to figure out how much coffee to use. The only down side is that the coffee doesn’t remain hot for too long but it is still very hot when served.

This is an excellent, high quality product that makes the perfect cup of coffee. After purchasing multiple drip coffee makers, there were always problems with the plastic hoses disconnecting and hot water spilling all over my counter, or the coffee maker clogging in the basket. Stainless steel percolators have been around a long time. I remember my grandparents had one, and it too was reliable, the coffee was delicious and the aroma of fresh brewed coffee filled the house. This beautiful Cuisinart percolator took me back to my youth and I am so very pleased.

This percolator makes the best cup of coffee that was I’ve had in years! I’ve even went back to drinking my coffee black, well at home I do. You don’t have to buy special coffee. If you use a filter (square filters) you can use any brand preground coffee you like. Why in the world I gave up my percolator when drip makers came out is beyond me. Perked is much much better tasting.

I’ve always loved Cuisinart products. However, I use 1 tblsp per cup made. I think this might percolate too hard, as there are always grounds on the top of the lid of the basket and in the coffee. Even does it when I make just 6 cups.
