This is a much more well-made percolator than its competitors. Little things that you might not consider: the measurements are deeply stamped inside, the basket is slightly tapered so the coffee flows through instead of just sitting there, the spring is stronger, and I appreciate the clear bulb at the top of the lid so I can see how strong the coffee will be. The only thing that I would change is the size of the drain holes in the basket. They seem to clog after 3-4 pots. Maybe it’s my coffee? Too fine?

Nice looking coffee pot that brews excellent coffee. The basket does let quite a bit of grounds come thru but answer for us is to take the last sip or two carefully. It is easy to set up and does its work quickly. Good choice fo us.

I wish I could see how much water I am adding to know if I am making 6,8,10, or 12 cups. One has to guess how much water you are adding. Works well and makes good coffee
