Excellent set of pots. Dishwasher safe. tri-ply stainless steel, tempered glass lids, riveted handles, induction compatible.I uploaded some photos as I think they speak louder than anything I could say here. These points appear extremely well made, with a good heft without being as heavy as cast-iron… The “triply” stainless steel gives you the advantage of good heat spreading, while also having the traditional stainless steel inside and outside that can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Perhaps we are just infidels, but with 3 kids, we aren’t buying kitchenware that can’t go in the dishwasher. No time for hand washing hoity-toity pots! Everyone liked the glass lids as you can see what is happening to your food as it cooks. These lids are a little different, in that they don’t have a vent hole like some glass lids. So, if you let your food cool with the lid on, it can create a vacuum in the pot and “stick” the lid on. The manual suggests reheating your food a little bit to release the vacuum and free the lid. The taller pots (not the frying pan) have markings etched on the inside to show you volume – very convenient. The one thing that surprised me about these pots is that I could find no place on the box or the pots that says where they are made.

This 10 piece cookware set from Cuisinart is a dream to cook with. It’s stainless steel with clear lids so you can see what’s happening to whatever you’re cooking. I love that the “10 piece set” is really 10 pieces of cookware and not some cookware and then multiple utensils to make the number of pieces look good. In this set you get 1 1/2, 2 1/2, 3 and 6 quart sauce pans all with lids. And 8 and 10″ skillets. Food slides off the surfaces of this cookware. The handles stay amazingly cool even though they are also stainless steel. You can use this set on any induction cooktop as well as gas or electric cooktops. Guaranteed for life. The price point of about $175 is very reasonable for a cookware set of this quality.

Wonderful cooking set! Same as the multiclad cuisinart set but with a different name. Heats quickly and cleans up easily. Have always used nonstick for 30 years and made the switch to SS and love them. Just need to keep the heat lower and it’s perfect!

The handles getting heated up too and food burning out. it would be better if they have some kind of safety to handles.

I love my new pots and pans! I was satisfied with my old set, but decided to buy new and give our old ones to my daughter for her new place. I read tons of reviews, selected these, and I couldn’t be happier. They are solid, cook food evenly and clean up is a breeze.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. It’s served me well for all my cooking needs. The material has lasted, even the toughest stains can be cleaned with a metal scrubby, and I’ve used it to cook all sorts of cuisines. Would buy it again..

Cuisinart has certainly hit a home run with this cooking set. This set has several features that exceed high end cookware and makes this set a pleasure to use. One nifty idea was to emboss measuring lines in the pot and the two sauce pans. For those following the exact recipe, this is a time saver and allows you to always get it right. The hollow handles are excellent for preventing heat conduction from the heat source to the handles. The stainless steel exterior are easy to keep clean and is stylish. These seem to be made with the highest quality standards. The handles are secure enough that they should last decades, the lids each fit tight and does a good job of keeping heat in, and the glass lids are great for being able to see the status of the food being cooked. These are a good investment for a family starting out, or for a family wanting to upgrade their cooking ware.

We have used stainless steel cookware for years. These have nice and heavy bottoms for spreading heat evenly. The glass lids are great for seeing into the pots without lifting the lids. The amount of pots and pans are all useful sizes for what we cook. We do make a few things where precooking on the stove top is finished by finishing in the oven and these work great. These take oven heat very well too. Cleaning is easy if you know how to clean stainless. A very good looking solid set.
