Bought for Sister in law after buying one for my wife Christmas 2019. They both love this product. It makes cutting and shredding vegetables so easy.

I bought this first and foremost to shred cheese. Hard cheeses like aged cheddar. I have to say this unit is exactly what I was looking for. It takes on rock hard cheeses with ease. The blade organizer is great too. I can’t imagine having the unit without it. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This is a real help in the kitchen and with the included organizer everything you need is at your fingertips. Great power and easy to clean (Dishwasher). The extra small work bowl is great so you can chop something in it and then place aside and chop in the big bowl. Very convenient.

It does everything!! On the first day I received it, I made Apple Pie Jam, using it to chop up the apples, then chopped walnuts. Also made an awesome pizza dough from a recipe found in the Cuisinart cookbook that comes with it. There are so many recipes I’m dying to try.My KitchenAid mixer is so heavy, I rarely use it, but my new Cuisinart is easy to carry to the counter and the great storage compartment stores all the accessories perfectly. It’s a breeze to clean up, too! Just love it!

I’ve been asked via email a few times to write a review….I’ve only used the machine twice since I’ve gotten it, but I’ll give you my impression so far. I shredded carrots easily and that didn’t seem to put undue stress on the motor; I did, however, need to process the shreds a bit further to ensure a better texture for my carrot cake. It also purées nicely. My opinion is that the plastic parts feel unsubstantial and seem to be made with low grade plastics which I’ve had previously disappointing experiences. Considering the price, the sale price, I am disappointed in the lower grade quality of materials, but only time will tell. As the holidays approach, I’ll have more reason to use it.

I bought the 13 cup to replace a smaller cuisinart. I’ve had a cuisinart in my kitchen for decades, but never one this large. I LOVE IT!!! I wish I had bought one sooner. It has more power and I can, obviously, make larger amounts of everything! If you can afford it, go for a bigger one! By the way, I also use the baby cuisinart to chop herbs, etc when I need a small amount.

The Cuisinart stainless food processor arrived two days ahead of schedule at a great price. It replaces an older Cuisinart and it has been a great replacement. The double bowl is a nice addition.

I like the power it has, and the adjustable slicing disc is terrific. Sliced celery for stuffing, mushrooms for soup. A really big improvement over a standard slicing disc. I was disappointed with the dough attachment for making pie crust, though maybe it was only meant for bread making. Switched to the large blade to get better incorporation of the fat into the flour.

Overall: happy with the purchase although have not used extensively yet. One tiny “complaint”: a tiny bit hard to open the top lid. One potentially bigger complaint but will need to call Cuisinart tech support to discuss: when using the grading disk (smaller or larger) – so far i graded potatoes, carrots, onions, zuccini – all graded veggies foll on one side of the bowl… so that one side is full to the top and you need to stop the machine to even then the veggies in the bowl or take them out otherwise you cannot continue grading more even though half of the bowl is empty… very strange and mildly annoying.

Works really well! The 13 cup food processer chopped everything we threw at it. While it is a bit bulky, totally worth it.

My 2nd Cuisinart, bought 1st, in the box, at a garage sale. Once I started using it, I wondered how I did with out it for the first 70 years of my life. The top part fell and one of the contacts broke off; it still worked, as long as I put pressure on the top. Needless to say, my daughter saw me at work with my processor, and gifted me with a new one. My other daughter laid claim to my old one, and now we have 2 happy users

I absolutely love it! I’ve made carrot salad and coleslaw in mine. It handled it beautifully. I would definitely recommend this food processor. Looking forward to making some homemade salsa next!
