Fast, convenient, easy to use and clean! One note, the cord really does not store inside the unit. BUT, the grinder makes short work of making spices to the grind you want. I grow and dry jalapenos and habaneros. Grinding the dried peppers to a powder has always been a challenge (in the food processor they heat up, release oils, gunk up in the bowl and do not grind any smaller than the seeds of the pepper and the seeds do not grind at all). With this Cuisinart Spice and Nut grinder, no clumping, heating up, or release of oils. Ground the peppers to a fine powder in about 10 seconds, to include the seeds! Great kitchen accessory!
